Jan Gilman-Tepper and Roberta Batley from Little, Gilman-Tepper & Batley, P.A., with Gaelle McConnell, Esq., facilitated a presentation for the New Mexico State Bar’s Reciprocity in New Mexico CLE on June 1.

They presented “The Basics of Community Property Law”, which covered the 1973 Community Property Act, determining the “classes” of community property such as Separate vs. Community. Management and control of community property, prenuptial agreements, probate, and retirement issues were also discussed.
